All foals of 2013 by any stallion standing in AZ are eligible if

• stallion owner submits “Report of Mares Bred” to Jockey Club by August 1, 2012, and
• stallion owner submits copy of this “Report of Mares Bred” to ATBA office by August 1, 2012.
