Ez Effort, a 3-year-old half-brother to Uh Oh Bango, was a runaway winner in a maiden special weight event at Gulfstream Park on the Florida Derby Day undercard on March 31. Bred and initially campaigned by Triple AAA Ranch, Ez Effort was second at Santa Anita Park on Jan. 7 in his debut. Sold subsequently, Ez Effort ran for Mill House and trainer Todd Pletcher while winning by eight lengths in 1:22.06 for seven furlongs.
